Psychological Therapy
Kiera provides psychological therapy to children and adolescents aged 5-18 years for a range of presentations including anxiety, depression and trauma-based symptoms. Kiera also provides support for children and adolescents who identify as neurodivergent or have diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Kiera uses a range of evidence-based interventions including Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Kiera is trained in AutPlay Therapy and the Westmead Feelings Program, and aims to utilise neurodiversity affirming and strengths based interventions.

Psychological Assessments
Kiera completes psychological assessments for children and adolescents aged 6-18 years, in particular cognitive and academic achievement assessments. This includes assessment for Intellectual Disability and/or Learning Disorders.


Parent/Carer Interventions
Kiera provides evidence-based interventions to parents and carers which is tailored to their needs. Kiera is trained in the Circle of Security Program.
